Labor Day 2025 Events Roundup

Hello Brothers and Sisters! It’s time to celebrate Labor Day, first called for by the founder of our Brotherhood, Peter J. Maguire, 144 years ago. Labor Day is a time to honor the hardworking men and women whose labor creates the wealth and prosperity of our country. Labor Day was first celebrated in New York City in 1882 and became a national holiday in 1894.

Throughout the Southeastern Carpenters Regional Council, we are celebrating the talents and skills of our carpenters, millwrights, and pile drivers in honor of Labor Day, 2025! Please see below for a list of events and make plans to join an event near you.
